Practice Overview Full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Gastonia, North Carolina Join a well-established neonatal team serving a Level III NICU in a growing regional healthcare system Practice in a 16-bed, single-family suite Level III NICU with approximately 320 annual admissions, 1,900 annual deliveries, and an average daily census of 10 Provide care in both the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the newborn nursery Collaborate with a team of two Neonatologists and five to six experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners NNPs provide approximately 20 hours of daily shift coverage, with Neonatologists providing in-house daytime coverage and nighttime backup call from home Opportunity to support a growing health system with the addition of a second hospital and newborn services Practice in an award-winning hospital recognized for excellence in maternal and neonatal care Collaborative, family-centered environment with strong physician and nursing support

Job Qualifications Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing required Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) required FNP, PNP, and other NP certifications are not accepted Minimum of 2 years of current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience required (RN experience does not qualify) North Carolina APRN license or eligibility DEA registration required prior to start
