Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items in alignment with recipes and quality standards. Ensure the highest quality of food presentation and taste. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station. Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed. Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff and the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Continuously explore new cooking techniques and ingredients. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a kitchen environment. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
