Surg Tech CVOR - Travel Job

Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist in Asheville, NC. You will function as a member of a cardiac surgical team, assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during cardiac procedures. You will ensure patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing and organizing surgical instruments, and providing direct support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment.
• Demonstrated CVOR experience is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotic-assisted cardiac procedures.
• Previous experience in a Level II trauma center or with open heart and interventional cardiology cases.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1730.
