Operating Room Surgical Technologist

Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Job Description

Join a top healthcare facility as an Operating Room Surgical Technologist. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a skill level of 3 or higher in joint, neuro, ortho, and vascular procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and support in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Assist during surgical procedures in various specialties including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field throughout the surgical procedure.
• Assist with positioning, draping, and handing instruments to the surgical team.
• Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment.
• Support the surgical team with various tasks as needed, ensuring a seamless workflow.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Broad surgical knowledge across required service lines.
• Experience with robotic surgery procedures is a plus.
• No formal certifications are required; demonstrated skills and experience are critical.
• Ability to float to other departments as needed.
