Overview BTC Connect is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Data Entry professional to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Middletown, New York, United States . As a key member of our administrative department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's data, which is vital to our operational success. We are looking for a reliable individual with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality. The offered wage for this role is between $15 and $25 USD per hour , commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data in our company databases and computer systems. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output for accuracy. Conduct regular data verification and quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of data integrity. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security. Scan documents and print files as needed, maintaining an organised and efficient filing system. Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection policies at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and support various departments with their data needs. Qualifications Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Typist, or in a similar administrative role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word. Familiarity with standard office equipment and administrative duties. Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications or certifications are a plus.
