Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview CM Process Solutions is looking to attract an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our increasing amount of business and ever-expanding team. Our new Accounts Receivable Specialist will be a detail-orientated, enthusiastic, self-motivated person who enjoys a team environment. The position will be located at our Winchester KY location. Compensation will be based on experience and potential with an estimated range of $21 to $25 per hour initially. About CM Process Solutions CM Process Solutions is a privately owned business. Our range of products includes Industrial Washing Solutions, Material Handling Solutions, and Personal Hygiene Equipment, all of which can be found on our website Position Name Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities Generating timely and accurate customer invoices on a monthly basis Maintaining accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date Monitoring incoming payments and ensuring they are applied correctly Resolving discrepancies between customer payments and invoices Assisting with month‑end closing activities Additional Tasks as needed to support the success of the business Accurate, timely process completion and resolution of duties, tasks, concerns, and issues Pleasant communication and accurate responses to customers and co‑workers Maintaining an organized workspace Effectively demonstrates critical thinking skills Attention to detail and a sense of urgency Required Skills Proficiency in Excel; experience with SalesForce and QuickBooks would be preferred but not required Prior Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required Location Office location at Winchester KY 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Friday Compensation Dependent on Experience and Potential Company Benefits Competitive pay paid twice per month 401 K with 3% match Disability and life insurance How to Apply If you're interested in this position, please send a copy of your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
