We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support vendor and client account activity for a Long-term Contract position based in Richmond, Virginia. This role focuses on building positive customer interactions through frequent phone outreach, clear communication about payment-related processes, and accurate handling of account details. The ideal candidate is organized, service-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and consistent follow-through are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Place a high volume of outbound calls to vendors and clients to confirm account details and payment information.
• Guide customers through payment methods, registration steps, and account setup expectations with professionalism and clarity.
• Enter new records and update existing account information accurately in internal databases and company systems.
• Record customer conversations, status changes, and required follow-up actions in a timely and detailed manner.
• Reconnect with vendors and clients to obtain missing documentation, complete unfinished registrations, and move account setup forward.
• Audit account information to identify inconsistencies, research issues, and coordinate outreach to resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with internal teams to address account-related questions and help ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Achieve daily performance expectations related to call activity, productivity, service quality, and customer experience.• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar high-volume phone-based role.
• Ability to manage both outbound and inbound calls while maintaining a detail-oriented and courteous approach.
• Strong data entry and order entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for explaining processes and documenting interactions.
• Comfortable working with account records, researching issues, and following up to completion.
• Proficiency using internal systems, databases, and standard office technology.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
