This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with vendors and internal teams.Accounts ReceivableRetrieve deposit, wire and ACH information from multiple bank accountsDeposit checks via remote depositEnter cash receipts into Microsoft AccessUpload cash receipts excel template to JD EdwardsCorrespond with accountants on outstanding management feesWork intimately with corporate accounting team on recording and researching paymentsMaintain spreadsheets to track feesAccounts PayableReview payment reports making sure all details are correct.Processing payments through variance accounting systems.
