Social Media Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Specialist who knows how to turn products, people, and outdoor experiences into stories people want to watch and share.

You’ll help bring the ororo brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms, with a strong focus on storytelling and short-form video content . This role is ideal for someone who understands social trends but also has a strong creative eye and can tell a compelling story beyond simply following trends.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and produce engaging short-form video and social content
  • Turn product features, customer stories, and outdoor experiences into compelling social stories
  • Shoot and edit content independently when needed
  • Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards
  • Manage day-to-day social content calendars and publishing
  • Identify relevant trends, creators, and cultural moments
  • Work with our marketing, product, design, and global teams to develop content
  • Help grow our social communities and continuously improve content based on performance
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4+ years of experience in social media, content creation, fashion/apparel, lifestyle, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio of short-form video and social storytelling
  • Comfortable shooting and editing content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social trends
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Strong creative instincts and attention to visual details
  • Genuine interest in outdoor lifestyle, travel, sports, apparel, or adventure
  • Comfortable getting outside, working with creators, and capturing content in real-world environments
