Client: Refinery

Location: Norco, La

Duration: June- Sept 2026

Supporting: Turnaround

Schedule: 5/8's and 7/12's during turnaround

Responsibilities include:
  • Reports (AFE Daily, Headcount, Cost Summary, Monthly)
    • Daily
    • Headcount
    • Cost Summary
    • Create Req's in SAP
    • Order Materials in SAP
  • AFE Monthly Report
    • Upload Permit Request
    • Herc Truck Rental Management
    • Equipment Rentals Management
    • Accruals
    • Forecast
    • Microsoft Project Scheduling
    • Planning backup and assistance
  • Investigate Invoices for errors or increases needed
  • Help Locating Drawings when needed
  • Project Packages
Additional Responsibilities when asked to support turnaround:
  • Verify and Process Track Overrides
  • Verify & Authorize Track Timesheets
  • Populate Turnaround Force Report Daily
