What You’ll Do:

• Meet awesome people and help them find the perfect insurance coverage to fit their unique lives
• Turn complex insurance jargon into easy-to-understand advice (you’re basically a superhero with words)
• Hunt down new leads and build relationships that last
• Keep the paperwork flowing smoothly — because details matter!
• Team up with underwriters and claims pros to make magic happen behind the scenes
• Stay sharp on the latest insurance trends and products — you’re always one step ahead!

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a go-getter attitude and a big smile
• Licensed or ready to get licensed (we’ll help you!)
• Sales experience? Awesome. Insurance experience? Even better. But if you’re a quick learner with passion, that counts too!
• Killer communication skills — you can talk to anyone and make it fun!
• Tech-savvy enough to tackle CRM and Microsoft Office without breaking a sweat
