The successful candidate will be responsible for the majority of the organization's direct service programs, ensuring they are person-centered, high quality, financially sustainable, and responsive to the needs of the communities served. This role involves overseeing residential services, independent living supports, respite and family services, case management, community day programs, and employment services. The Vice President will also be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the President & CEO to shape the future of the organization and to strengthen community-based service contracts, enhance program performance, and support organizational culture and staff engagement.
