Physical Therapist - RehabilitationThe Physical Therapist will effectively screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. You will develop appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practice, you will support clinical interventions and administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan.ResponsibilitiesAssess patient progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify services based on patient evaluation.Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.Communicate effectively with supervisors and health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system.Participate in required meetings including patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students.Adhere to APTA and state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure1 year of PT experience required; new graduates allowed if they have Level II experience.Experience in LTC or Rehabilitation required.Oklahoma State License is required.ScheduleThis position requires an 8-hour day shift, working 8 hours each day.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
