The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy services to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional independence.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniquesMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededEducate patients and families on recovery and home exercise programsMaintain accurate and timely documentationCollaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teamsEnsure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety protocolsMust-Have QualificationsDegree from an accredited Physical Therapy programActive Physical Therapist License in the state of OklahomaBasic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hireAbility to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate actionNice-To-Have QualificationsStrong critical thinking skills and decisive judgmentAbility to work with minimal supervisionRequired SkillsStrong clinical assessment and treatment planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCompassionate, patient-centered approachEducation & CertificationDegree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent required)Active Oklahoma PT LicenseBLS Certification (required or within 30 days of hire)Work EnvironmentHealthcare / Rehabilitation settingFast-paced, patient-focused environmentCollaborative multidisciplinary team
