In this role, you'll drive sales performance, build a winning team, and create an exceptional tanning experience that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goals Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growthManage all day to day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies Requirements 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude Reliable transportation and an ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications About Us Palm Beach Tan is one of the nation's leading tanning salon brands known for premium services and a welcoming salon experience.
