Region Sales Manager

Responsibilities Financial & Promotional Planning: Manage Trade Funds Checkbook and all tracking via Exceedra planning. Financial & Promotional Planning: Approve and submit customer contracts via TVI. Maintain in‑line spend estimates and reconcile post‑audits. Analyze budgets to identify over‑ or under‑spends. Forecasting & Sales Analysis: Drive accurate 18‑month sales forecasting, incorporating growth expectations, promotional events, and risk/opportunity assessments. Track performance vs. forecast, conduct root‑cause analyses, and identify gaps such as promo misses. Support Customer Team Lead on quarterly Customer Reviews to Brand. Track SBP with Customer Team Lead input. Monitor and report on shipping, POS consumption trends, and inventory levels. Collaborate with Target Financial Planners and Inventory Analysts on special purchases with buy commits and in‑season inventory management. Collaborate with Customer Service Supply Chain Manager on WIP reports, manage displays. Reporting & Tools: Own standard reporting and ad hoc analytics using tools such as Exceedra, IRIS, PowerBI, CoPilot, TPO, and High Radius. Use syndicated and customer‑specific omni data to identify white space and growth opportunities. Mentor Senior Sales Analyst to assess ROI and performance metrics. Team & Customer Support: Coordinate logistics for customer sales meetings. Serve as the go‑to expert for enterprise tools and systems. Support Senior Sales Analyst through administrative and operational tasks to keep the team running efficiently. Qualifications 5+ years of CPG experience; Target experience preferred (knowledge of VIQ, POP, ICM). Data and analytics experience at Senior Analyst level or above. Understanding of Customer P&L and how to influence topline and GM goals. General Clorox knowledge and understanding of retail fundamentals. Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales Planning, Supply Chain, and Analytics teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, owning business and removing barriers. Experience with forecasting and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Exceedra, IRIS. Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets. Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to present complex drivers succinctly. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple priorities. Location & Work Arrangement Hybrid: The role will be located at a Clorox Hub, with preference for Minneapolis, MN or Durham, NC, supporting 3 days per week in office under the Hybrid 2.0 policy. Minimal travel required (approximately 2–3 trips per year).
