Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work effectively alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of well-being.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy practices, ensuring consistent progress outside the clinical environment.
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatment: Monitor patient outcomes and modify interventions as needed, ensuring alignment with evolving health objectives.

Education

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing educational opportunities or post-graduate certifications strongly encouraged

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is required
