- Tailor Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design specialized treatment strategies that guide them towards achieving their functional aspirations.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and everyday functioning.
- Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver all-encompassing care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Provide insights on therapeutic practices to equip patients and their families for continued progress outside the clinic.
- Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor patient outcomes meticulously and modify treatment approaches as necessary to ensure alignment with their goals.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications highly encouraged and supported.
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
