Key Responsibilities Prepare all dressings and cold sauces to ensure freshness and quality. Monitor the service area continuously to guarantee guest comfort and satisfaction. Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, and related offerings. Serve all food and beverages utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnishes, and condiments. Assist servers and housepersons as needed to ensure smooth service operations. Relay all guest complaints and compliments promptly to management for resolution. Maintain health and sanitation standards in accordance with safety regulations. Adhere to safe serve regulations when serving alcoholic beverages. Assist in setting tables with linen, silverware, and glassware, maintaining a high standard of presentation. Support in breaking down events and cleaning rooms after functions to ensure cleanliness and readiness for future use. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
