The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the right-hand to our Store Manager, helping steer the team to greatness. From leading by example on the sales floor to driving sales through expert strategy, your goal is to elevate both our people and our performance. And when you succeed, the whole team feels it!

What You'll Do

• Motivate, coach, and inspire the team to smash KPIs, sales targets, and profits. You'll perfect the SGM concept (our sales game-changer) and make sure everyone else does too
• Spot and maximize every sales opportunitywhether it's promotions, outfit building, or corporate events. You'll make sure we're always ahead of the curve.
• Lead by example on the floor, coaching your team to be just as passionate and hands-on as you are
• Cultivate an environment where the customer experience always comes first ensuring the team's product knowledge is sharp, promotions are on point, and feedback is constantly improving our service
• Be the driving force behind new business growth and execute corporate strategy with enthusiasm
• Keep a close eye on the numbers, managing costs and staying within budgets, while also maintaining our high standards of store appearance and stock control.
• Recognize and celebrate outstanding team performance and boost morale through platforms like The LINK
• Lead with heart by championing colleague engagement, focusing on improving retention and ensuring your team stays motivated and connected

This is a salaried, full time role based in New York, with a pay range of $70,000-$75,000 per year based on experience.
