As one of the first points of contact for guests, the Front Desk Agent plays an essential role in creating an exceptional first impression and delivering a personalized, high-quality guest experience. What you'll do as: Front Desk Agent

- Greet guests warmly and provide a professional welcome
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Might:

- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and reservation systems
