The COO will be accountable for day-to-day operational performance, ensuring consistent execution of food quality, service standards, safety, and hospitality. They will also be tasked with driving financial performance, owning the operational P&L, and leading the company in the execution of its strategy. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in a similar setting, with a preference for those who have previously held an enterprise-level role. The role requires a leader with strong operational instincts, financial acumen, and a proven ability to develop and lead teams. The ideal candidate will have a direct, decisive leadership style, high standards, and excellent people skills.
