This position manages offender intake and processing in Community Corrections,including data entry, document interpretation, activity coordination, criminal record screening, and ensuring data security and quality. This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves. Job Duties Manage daily intake and processing of offenders into the Community Corrections’ tracking system (OBIS), including score sheet entry. Interpret, code, and enter offender sentencing and monetary obligation documents using relevant databases and manuals. Verify offender data and sentencing information to establish initial records and assist with orientation programs. Request and screen criminal record information from various law enforcement databases and prepare prior record reports.
