Assistant Manager - Hourly - Wild Olive

The Assistant Manager will take responsibility for the Front of the House when the General Manager isn't on duty, acting as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company standards. Assistant Manager will conduct weekly inventory of alcoholic product, maintain aesthetics of ambiance and maintain social media accounts when the General Manager is off duty. Requirements:
High school diploma. An advanced degree in hospitality is a bonus. Must possess excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on genuine, sincere hospitality. Must possess stamina and longevity to be on feet, exemplify teamwork and the ability to work on the same level as each of the staff members. Natural leadership skills to keep employees motivated and conflict resolution experience are crucial.
