The Receptionist will provide professional front-desk and administrative support for clients and customers, handling communications, documents, data entry, deliveries, and office upkeep. This role will report to the paralegals and attorney.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-desk reception and greet clients and customers.
• Handle multi-line phone calls and route inquiries appropriately.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
• Prepare and manage documents.
• Deliver documents as needed.
• Clean and maintain the reception and office areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in reception and administrative support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data entry and document management.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
• Customer service and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
