Assignment Overview

Join our dedicated Med Surg unit where we provide a blend of Medsurg, Swing Bed, and PCU level care. We prioritize balanced nurse workloads with patient ratios of 1:5 for Medsurg, 1:5-6 for Swing Bed, and 1:3-4 for PCU. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with the care team.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS Certification
