The ideal candidate will have **strong Autodesk expertise**,, and will provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) workflows for complex infrastructure and building projects. This position will help ensure efficient coordination, high-quality deliverables, and successful project execution.**Responsibilities include:*** Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and resolve complex design and constructability issues.* Provide hands-on support for Autodesk software suite, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance.* Develop and maintain enterprise digital libraries, templates, and scripts to support BIM workflows.* Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.* Interface with clients to define BIM deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed-upon protocols.* Mentor junior team members in BIM best practices through formal and informal training sessions.* Stay current with Autodesk software updates, digital delivery trends, and emerging BIM technologies.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.* **4+ years of experience** in AEC industry with strong focus on BIM management.* Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.* Familiarity with BIM standards, QA/QC processes, and digital delivery best practices.**Preferred but not Required:*** Professional Certification in BIM Management.* Experience with infrastructure or transit projects.Compensation Range:$130,962.60 - $149,671.54**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
