Property Research & Code Enforcement Technician (Hybrid)

City of Atlanta is seeking a Research Technician I in the APD Code Enforcement Section to support property research and case management. You will locate homeowners and verify ownership using internet sources, deeds, and public records. The role requires an Associate's degree and 2 years of admin/research work; hybrid schedule with four in-person days and one remote day per week.
