• Types of Cases: Comprehensive emergency care; supervision of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine required. Boards accepted:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
  • American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
  • American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
  • American Board of Physician Specialties (ABPS)
  • American Osteopathic Association (AOA)
• Certifications:
  • ACLS
  • ATLS
  • PALS (required if not Board Certified in Emergency Medicine)
  • NRP (required for non-ABEM providers)
• Licensure:
  • Active, unrestricted Tennessee Medical License
  • Active DEA registration with Tennessee address (Schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5)
