Location: Palm Springs Uptown District
Pay: Starting at $18/hour

What You’ll Do

• Proactively greet and engage every customer, creating a warm and memorable luxury shopping experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients that foster repeat business and long term loyalty.
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend products that enhance their shopping experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through strong selling techniques and exceptional customer service.
• Develop extensive knowledge of our books, gifts, art, home décor, featured artists, and exclusive collections.
• Confidently cross-sell and upsell products to maximize every sales opportunity.
• Represent the Just Fabulous brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and polished communication.
• Deliver outstanding service during exclusive in store events and celebrity book signings.
• Support daily store operations while maintaining a polished, luxury retail environment.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute positively to the success of the team.

What We’re Looking For

• A confident, outgoing personality with a passion for selling and building customer relationships.
• A proactive salesperson who enjoys initiating conversations and creating meaningful client connections.
• Strong closing skills with the ability to confidently ask for the sale.
• A proven track record in sales, luxury retail, boutique retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed expectations.
• The ability to quickly learn detailed product knowledge and translate it into compelling recommendations.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Position Details

• Starting pay: $18/hour
• Part-time
• Shifts typically range from 3 to 8 hours , depending on business needs.
• Hours are scheduled based on business needs, availability, and individual performance.
• Scheduling, advancement opportunities, and continued employment are directly influenced by sales performance, reliability, customer service, and overall contribution to the team.
