Estate & Trust Administration Paralegal

Well-established Chicago law firm with a highly regarded private client / trusts & estates practice. The group handles sophisticated estate and trust matters and offers a stable, collaborative environment with long-term growth. This position focuses on estate and trust administration, including probate filings, trust funding, asset transfers, inventories and accountings, client communication, and managing court and tax deadlines. The paralegal will also support estate and gift tax filings (Forms 706/709) and assist with guardianship matters. Limited estate planning document support as needed.
