Trusts & Estates Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established law firm that is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented legal professional who thrives in a client focused environment and has a strong understanding of estate administration and related legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with all phases of estate and trust administration
• Prepare and file probate documents and court submissions
• Draft estate planning documents including wills powers of attorney and trust instruments
• Maintain and organize client files and case records
• Communicate with clients financial institutions courts and beneficiaries
• Coordinate asset collection valuation and distribution
• Prepare estate tax returns and related financial statements
• Track deadlines manage case calendars and ensure timely workflow
• Conduct legal research related to estate planning and administration

Qualifications


• Prior experience as a trusts and estates paralegal in a law firm environment
• Strong understanding of probate procedures and estate administration
• Proficiency with legal document drafting court filings and estate tax forms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters and adapt to shifting priorities
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal estate laws
• Experience with legal software and document management systems

Benefits:


Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
