This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented legal professional who thrives in a client focused environment and has a strong understanding of estate administration and related legal processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys with all phases of estate and trust administrationPrepare and file probate documents and court submissionsDraft estate planning documents including wills powers of attorney and trust instrumentsMaintain and organize client files and case recordsCommunicate with clients financial institutions courts and beneficiariesCoordinate asset collection valuation and distributionPrepare estate tax returns and related financial statementsTrack deadlines manage case calendars and ensure timely workflowConduct legal research related to estate planning and administrationQualificationsPrior experience as a trusts and estates paralegal in a law firm environmentStrong understanding of probate procedures and estate administrationProficiency with legal document drafting court filings and estate tax formsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple matters and adapt to shifting prioritiesKnowledge of relevant state and federal estate lawsExperience with legal software and document management systemsPay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: R.
