Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – Elementary School | Newark, DE
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) looking for a rewarding school-based opportunity? We are seeking an SLP-CCC to join a supportive elementary school team in Newark, Delaware . This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with elementary-aged students in an inclusion setting and is looking to grow in a collaborative school environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students.
- Manage an inclusion mild to moderate caseload.
- Conduct evaluations, maintain documentation, and monitor student progress.
- Develop and implement IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

- Approximately 40–45 students
- District prefers a newer SLP-CCC due to the supportive nature of this caseload.
Compensation
- $55–$60 per hour , based on experience.
