Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Experience or comfort with both onsite and in-home service models
• Background providing therapy to school-age children, including those with medical or mobility considerations
• Ability to work independently in varied settings while maintaining thorough documentation
• Resume is required at time of submission for consideration

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment and therapeutic interventions in school and homebound settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain compliance with state/district requirements and timely documentation
• Travel locally as needed to provide services to medically homebound students
• Adjust caseload management as student needs fluctuate throughout the year
