Step into a rewarding school-based setting serving K-12 students with varying communication needs. This is an excellent opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking full-time work (37.5 hours per week) with multiple openings available. The caseload includes approximately 50 students, working with mod-severe as well as mild/moderate needs.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting students’ communication skills—making a measurable impact across their academic and personal lives. Whether you are an SLP-CCC or an SLP-CFY, your expertise will directly shape these learners’ experiences and opportunities.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
  • Valid state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Experience or strong interest working in K–12 public school settings
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 50 students with moderate to severe and mild/moderate needs
  • Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student success
  • Support a diverse population of learners, adjusting strategies to meet various needs and grade levels
  • Participate in meetings and interdisciplinary planning as needed
