Job Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides specialized assessment and therapy services to patients with communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing capabilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
