We're partnering with a growing, privately held firm who is looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to become a key part of its accounting function.

This isn't a role where you'll be buried in repetitive tasks or limited to one small piece of the accounting process. You'll work directly alongside senior leadership, take ownership of the books across multiple entities, and help establish the processes and controls that will support the business as it continues to grow.

The firm has a diverse investment portfolio spanning real estate, private lending, and private investments, offering exposure beyond traditional corporate accounting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping across multiple investment entities.
• Own QuickBooks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Handle intercompany transactions and maintain accurate records across entities.
• Support month-end close and year-end tax preparation.
• Partner with leadership to develop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Assist with cash management, fund transfers, and occasional transaction-related wire activity.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of accounting or senior bookkeeping experience.
• Advanced QuickBooks proficiency is a must.
• Strong understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience working across multiple entities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Someone who enjoys a hands-on role and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Experience in family offices, real estate, private lending, or investment accounting is a plus, but not required.
