Paducah, KYStarting Pay: $18.00 per hourWe are seeking a friendly, energetic and dependable Front Desk Supervisor to join our team of professionals! The scope of this position is to ensure the satisfaction of our guests, focus and train staff on customer service and develop and maintain service programs.Responsibilities of Front Desk Supervisor Include:Ensure the complete and constant satisfaction of all hotel guestsResolves guest complaintsConfirms that all aspects of a guest's interaction with the facility concerning the front office operations and complete and accurateEnsure implementation of programs meet or exceed the goals of the teamSpearhead and direct service culture actions plansResponsible for interviewing, hiring counseling and evaluating all front office and reservations staffTrain, evaluate and schedule Guest Service RepresentativesImplement new programs and policiesMaintain and ensure compliance with all brand and company standardsSupervise reservations, group information and functionsAssist in the budgeting processParticipate in daily and weekly revenue meetingsEnsure GSR behavior is abiding to employee handbookAssist in scheduling and facilitating classes for new hotel hiresResponsible for training and supervising Hold meetings for front desk team members on selling, rate management, customer service, etc.Skills:Exceptional people/interactive skillsLeadership/Supervisory abilitiesStrong communication skills and processesCapability of utilizing operating systems and computersPossess high level of energy, creativity and enthusiasm Excellent oral and written skills and communicationsEducation / Experience:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of three years of guest service experienceMinimum of two years of management experienceCompetent knowledge of all functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
