Maintenance Director: Facility Safety & Operations Leader

Grande Oaks

Grande Oaks seeks a dedicated Director of Maintenance to plan, organize, and direct the department’s operations in a long-term care facility. You will develop and enforce maintenance policies, coordinate with other departments, and ensure safety through OSHA/CDC training. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and supervisory skills. You will oversee preventive maintenance, report to the Administrator, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grande Oaks
