Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy services to help patients regain strength and function. Educate patients and caregivers on exercise techniques and self-care to promote independence. Collaborate with peers and refer patients to additional services as needed. Adapt treatment plans to meet the evolving needs of each patient. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. A Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Or a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degrees earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
