Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical therapy certification required
• Home Health experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Weekend requirement: 1 weekend every 6 weeks
• Coverage area includes Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, Desoto, and Waxahachie
