Key Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy services during night shift hours in an acute care hospital setting
Deliver adult critical care respiratory support in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and disorders
Document patient care accurately using Meditech electronic documentation system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float to other units as needed per facility floating policy
Required Qualifications

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
Demonstrated experience in Adult Critical Care
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with guaranteed hours of 36-40 per week
Compliance with facility dress code, including no artificial nails and covered body art
Preferred Experience / Skills

Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
Experience in a travel or multi-facility healthcare setting
Familiarity with hospital-based critical care equipment and procedures
