Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: CRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty required License: RRT license required, CRT accepted Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: - Experience with adult populations; potential for pediatric patients - Float required within scope of practice - Must work every other weekend - Flu vaccine required (declinations not accepted) - Compliance with COVID-19 vaccine requirements - Resources must reside at least 75 miles from the facility Description: Two or more years of experience are required. Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials are needed. The position involves working primarily with adult patients but may include pediatric patients. Floating within the scope of practice is required. Every other weekend work is mandatory. Candidates must comply with flu vaccine requirements, and declinations will not be accepted. Medical and religious exemptions for vaccinations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The role also requires a COVID-19 vaccine, with limited exemptions available. All facilities typically operate on a 36/48 scheduling system for the two-week pay period. Candidates must be available to begin working as specified. Travelers who cannot accept the scheduling requirements will not be considered.
