Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Job Details: No call, holidays, or weekends required 8 or 10 hour shifts available (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Must be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months of consistent coverage Supervised by a Pediatric Anesthesiologist Average of 1-15 surgical cases per day Level 1 Trauma Center handling cases such as motor vehicle accidents, extreme falls, serious dog bites, gunshot wounds, and other emergencies requiring surgery OR volume of approximately 13,000 cases per year across 11 operating rooms at main campus, 4 at south campus, plus medical imaging and IR coverage Work alongside physicians, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and nursing staff Develop and implement anesthesia care plans including induction, maintenance, and emergence based on pre-operative assessments Patient population ranges from neonates to age 18, with occasional cases up to age 23 Sick pediatric and neonatal experience required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program required Current CRNA certification required Ohio state licensure required PALS certification required 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience preferred Facility: This nationally recognized pediatric medical center has been named the Best Place to Work in Ohio by Forbes for two consecutive years.
