MRI Technologist II

We are seeking an MRI Technologist II to perform routine and specialized MRI imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality, safe patient care. Key Responsibilities Performing MRI scans across diverse patient populations and selecting appropriate technical factors. Supporting invasive procedures under MRI guidance and administering contrast agents following policies. Participating in performance improvement initiatives, training, and maintaining a safe MRI environment. Ensuring proper patient positioning, communication, and documentation of procedures. Conducting quality assurance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining supplies. Providing patient education, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Associate's degree or accredited MRI/radiologic technology certificate. 3-4 years of MRI experience with proficiency in protocols. ARMRIT or ARRT (MRI) certification required upon hire; BLS certification also required. Skills and Abilities Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, MRI physics, and patient care. Ability to work effectively in stressful situations and learn technical operations.
