At our growing insurance agency, you’ll work in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment where you’ll connect with potential customers every day. We provide qualified leads so you can build your pipeline and turn conversations into coverage—quickly. If you like a clear process, can take initiative, and follow through, you’ll fit right in. 

We write auto, home, renters, business, life, and health insurance. There is an opportunity for team members to expand into financial services sales. We drive results, support each other, learn continuously, and most importantly - help our customers make smart insurance choices they can count on.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Follow up with leads and assist clients through the sales process to close deals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Be a key connector between clients, agents, and the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Learn and adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
• Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching and training.
• Support the Agency in achieving overall sales goals and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, coachable attitude and eagerness to learn.sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Existing insurance licenses (P&C, Life, Health).
• Sales experience.

Bonus Points For:

• Willingness to pursue Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life and Health insurance licensing before coming onboard, if not already licensed.
• Insurance experience.
• Familiarity with insurance software and sales management tools.
