Acquisitions Specialist High-Performance Sales Role (Licensing Contingent)

The Ryan Brewington State Farm Agency is looking for a driven, sales-minded Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on hitting goals, creating opportunities, and closing business. If you're motivated by results, enjoy outbound activity, and want a career where your income grows with your performance, this is the role for you. This position is licensing-contingent. Candidates must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are not currently licensed, we provide full support through the licensing process. Candidates begin formal in-office training once the Property & Casualty license is obtained.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead outreach
• Engage prospects, uncover needs, and confidently present insurance solutions
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities and track progress daily
• Schedule appointments and conduct consistent follow-up to drive conversions
• Collaborate with the team to execute outreach strategies and hit agency goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures

What We're Looking For

• Organized and consistent with follow-up, activity tracking, and pipeline management
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating contact daily
• Sales, marketing, outreach, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (full licensing support provided)
