This is not a "wait for the phone to ring" job. You'll actively drive growth by:

• Initiating outbound contact to prospects and existing households
• Converting inbound opportunities into expanded coverage
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities across Auto, Home, Renters, and Life
• Strengthening client portfolios while increasing agency revenue
• Managing a steady pipeline and moving prospects through each stage of the sales cycle

Full licensing is required. Candidates must hold:

• Property & Casualty License
• Life & Health License

If not fully licensed, you must obtain your Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 start date. Support and guidance are provided.
