Phlebotomist I - Stuart, FL (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, rotational weekends) Pay range: $19.36+ per hour. Salary offers are based on skills, training, experience, education and certifications. Eligible for an annual performance bonus. Responsibilities Collect specimens according to established procedures (e.g., drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams) Administer oral solutions as trained Research and confirm test/client information, verify all orders using lab technology systems, client contacts, and approved tools Navigate a computer and accurately enter data Obtain identification and accurately enter billing information; collect payments when required, following corporate policies Process specimens: label, centrifuge, aliquot, freeze, and prepare for transport as required by test order Perform non‑patient facing duties: inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and using email as appropriate Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures Assist with compiling and submitting statistics and data when required Maintain phlebotomy logs, including maintenance and temperature logs, in a timely manner Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly Qualifications Required Education High school diploma or equivalent Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic) Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA) Work Experience One year phlebotomy experience preferred Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred Keyboard/data entry experience Effective communication in English Equal Opportunity Employer: Race/Color/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Religion/National Origin/Disability/Vets or any other legally protected status.
